The Garcia Suite Pool Access was super comfy! The bed and pillows felt soft and luxurious. I loved having direct access to the pool right from the room. Amazing food with outstanding flavors.

The noise levels in the hotel were unbearable at times. I could hear everything from neighbors' conversations to chairs dragging across the floor, which completely disrupted my relaxation. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to that open-roof design was uncomfortable. It took multiple complaints before they addressed the issue.

Just a decent option for a break on a long journey in Ubud (Bali) with good value. The breakfast was average, mostly rice or eggs, but the lovely restaurant design made meals pleasant. I'd suggest picking a room on a lower floor to avoid any disturbances.
